Return Policy

Returns must have prior authorization and receive an RMA number [Return Merchandise Authorization]. To obtain an RMA number please contact us at service@nextdeal4u.com. Please note that we verify that the serial numbers match on all products. All of our items include a 30 day warranty, unless indicated otherwise. "As Is" Items are sold with no warranty and no guarantee that the item will work. Items sold with manufacturer warranty only, are not returnable to Next Deal in case of a defect, but must be warrantied through the manufacturer. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item from us or if the product fails within 30 days or any other applicable warranty, we will fix or replace the product at no charge. The customer will pay the shipping cost to us and we will pay the shipping cost back to you.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7 day refund policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just contact us for an RMA number. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, missing or broken items will be deducted from any refund or credit issued. Once the product is returned, we will issue you a refund depending on your method of payment. Please note that all refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. No refunds or exchanges accepted after 30 days. Also note that shipping charges are the customers responsibility and are non refundable.

Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
